My name is Johannes Liehr and at The Boy Grogy I'm creating art toys, sculptures and drawings.

After years of designing toys for mass production,           The Boy Grogy is a dedicated space to venture into more personal territories.

 

Ever oscillating between art object and consumer good, art toys are an exciting playground to explore. My work is influenced by the absurd trends and themes of modern day consumerism as well as my deep interest in three dimensional form.

 

Each art toy is meticulously handcrafted and comes in small limited edition runs.
